The same criminal bankers that are responsible for perverting and destroying our protections under Bankrutpcy Law are the same criminal bankers that caused the “Housing Buble” then went on to cause the “Financial Meltdown” then went on to rob tax payers of 13 trillion dollars through their self-imposed “Bail Out” to add to their already huge list of crimes!

They made certain that only the middle class and lesser income people would pay for all of this through their extension of the Bush Tax Dodge legislation as well!

In the past we have had many people who owed less than $5,000 come in to our office to file for bankruptcy. We have never recommended that a person file for bankruptcy owing so little money. The person filing for $4.000 and $80,000 will suffere the same kinds of consequences with little benefit for the person with little or no debt.
